Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting the wider team in delivering excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence with clients and suppliers.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the team.
  • Prepare and maintain records, spreadsheets, and documentation.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
  • Support the sales and operations team with administrative tasks.
  • Manage stock levels and order office supplies as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining customer records and ensuring data accuracy in the CRM system.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide general office support and handle other duties as required.


Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative role (minimum 2 years preferred).
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite and CRM systems.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional and customer-focused attitude.
  • Xero accounting software experience preferred
