Claire is our Office Manager here at I Want Energy and we are excited to see what she can bring to the team. Claire has over 17 years’ experience working in administration and she enjoys the variations and challenges that it can bring. Claire has always had an interest in solar energy so she is excited to now be working in this field so she can learn more and help others learn about solar as well! Claire says that she enjoys working here at I Want Energy and loves that the everyone is so friendly and welcoming!

Fun fact: Claire actually grew up in the UK! Claire and her partner Martin moved to Tasmania 2.5 years ago from Yorkshire. In Claire’s free time she enjoys practicing yoga, spending time with Martin and her fur baby Missy, and going to the beach and spending time on the water.

Dee has been part of our admin team here at I Want Energy for two years. Dee loves working for I Want Energy because it enables her to work for a business with a cause that she genuinely cares about and it gives her the flexibility to complete a degree at UTAS on the side. Dee finds that being part of the renewable energy industry to be one the most rewarding aspects of working at I Want Energy and says “ while I didn’t know a lot when I first started, I'm proud to say I've quickly become a huge advocate and have solar on my home now too!” Dee enjoys the family feel that the business provides and the fact that we all have the same goal to provide the best customer service possible. In Dee’s free time she enjoys spending time with her partner Liz and their daughter Edie.

Chloe is apart of our Sales and Administration team, Chloe enjoys working within the small team and the family vibe that it brings. Chloe says "I am passionate about reducing the effects of global warming and I always make changes where I can" - that’s part of the reason that she love working at I Want Energy, because she gets to help other people make changes too. Chloe is an animal lover and outside of work enjoys spending time with her partner Julien, her niece Luca and her many animals including 4 horses, 2 dogs and 4 cats! Chloe and her partner Julien are currently saving to build their own dream house with their own solar system!

Abi is apart of our sales team, before working in solar Abi had been working in pharmaceuticals sales for 10 years. Abi decided to make the jump and join us here at I Want Energy as she is passionate about creating positive environmental changes. Abi refers to herself as an ‘eco warrior’ and does everything she can to minimize her impact on the planet to make it a better place for her children, and the future generations to come.
